By serving on the board of directors of major global firms, she has acquired a strong background in finance and administration of companies in different industries

Leo Ickowicz

Elite International's co-founder and partner, Mr. Ickowicz is responsible for the execution of all international marketing and broker programs. This includes creation and support of all international broker events, promotions and direct marketing campaigns. In addition, Mr. Ickowicz is responsible for Elite's network of international affiliates.

Hercules Pimenta

With over 15 years of experience in the South Florida market, Mr. Pimenta has worked with many of Miami's most well-known developments including Williams Island, Blue/Green Diamond, The Peninsula, Ritz Carlton and Sonesta Coconut Grove. With a Law Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Administration makes him an asset to Elite's team as well as its clients.

Daniel Ickowicz

As Elite International's Director of Sales, Mr. Daniel Ickowicz is the liaison between Elite and South Florida's major developers. He is responsible for Elite's new developments sales as well as high-end residential sales. In addition, he has specialized in the sale of commercial properties for investors from Latin America and Europe.
